o Earned her doctorate in experimental psychology in 1934 from Smith College in Massachusetts, where she conducted research on visual perception studying with Koffka and a group of Gestalt psychologists
o The Rorschach Projective Technique was developed by Swiss psychiatrist Hermann Rorschach, which he outlined in his 1921 book Psychodiagnostics. He developed the technique by showing patients a series of unstructured inkblots, and the patient freely responded.
